Route Angels

We are delighted to have route angels on the VIA ROMEA and are very grateful for their support along the route. The angels are ambassadors for the VIA ROMEA GERMANICA as a “path of encounters” in their area of the route.
Within the scope of their possibilities, they support the sponsoring organisation as representatives at the relevant local institutions and in monitoring the condition of the path. They also act as contact persons for pilgrims in their section of the route.
You are welcome to get in touch with them and ask any questions you may have about the section in question.
